We ensure this quality through rigorous field audits and a strong strategic alliance with one of Mexico’s leading agave producers, guaranteeing a consistent and reliable supply.

Cooking With great dedication, we cook the freshly harvested agave piñas in masonry ovens or autoclaves, applying the heat needed to transform their sugars and soften their fibers. This careful process allows us to produce tequila with a distinctive aromatic profile, deep flavor, and exceptional smoothness. Milling After cooking, the agave piñas are taken to the milling stage, where shredders extract the fibers to release fermentable juices. This mechanical process breaks down the agave with precision, freeing the essential sugars that will give life to tequila during fermentation and distillation.
